J. Todd Holmes

J. Todd Holmes is Counsel to FREEDIN & ROWELL LLP and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Development Team.

Todd is an experienced commercial real estate and lending lawyer. He has acted in the selling, buying and financing of all kinds of commercial properties including retirement and nursing homes, hotels, office buildings, plazas, multi-residential buildings and industrial sites.

Todd also acts for a number of private lenders. His expertise extends to construction financing, commercial mortgages and all types of related corporate security documents. He is adept at asset purchases and share purchases. Todd also has extensive experience in mortgage and loan enforcement proceedings including power of sale, forbearance agreements and restructuring agreements.
