Imdad Hussain Junejo is an Associate at FREEDIN & ROWELL LLP and a member of the firms Real Estate and Land Development and Banking and Financial Services practice groups.
Imdad started his legal career as a Legal Assistant, worked his way up to Corporate Law Clerk and then completed his Law Society requirements to become a licenced lawyer in the province of Ontario. His career path allowed him to gain extensive practical experience working with real estate and corporate matters.
Imdad’s broad experience includes purchase, sale, leasing and refinancing of commercial lands together with corporate re-organization, incorporation and maintenance of small and medium sized businesses.
Imdad is also a member of the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto (SABA) and an instructor with 4L Academy where he teaches a course on the basics of Mergers and Acquisitions Closings to articling students and new calls to the Ontario Bar.
